A. No. We do not currently actively help locate family members and friends. Please do not ask us to directly find people as we are unable to help.

Q. How can I search for lost friends, family and pets?
A. In order to search for lost pets, friends and family members, you will need to become a member. Membership is currently $15 per year and allows access to the full range of benefits offered by the site.

Q. How do I publicize lost family members and friends?
A. Once you have becaome a member, you will be able to publicize your lost family member or friend in 2 ways. Option 1 will be to submit a standard advert (including photos and video) which will appear in our standard listings. A further option is available to place your advert on the homepage (for an additional charge of $15 per month.)

Q. How many levels of membership are there?
A. We have now streamlined the service into one membership package.

Q. How much does membership cost?
A. You can register on our site for free. This will allow you to submit details of a lost friend or family member (including pets). Simply click the 'Register' link to proceed

Q. I am in a different country, can you still help?
A. Yes. We are an international site and our database contains details of people and pets in most countries.

Q. I have lost my pet, can you still help?
A. Yes. We can assist in the finding of lost pets. Once you have become a member, you can publicize your lost pets and keep details of them on our database. You may leave pictures, video, and reward information, for example.

Q. We wish to advertise on your site, how do we do this?
A. Simply click the 'Contact Us' link and complete the details. We will then contact you by return to discuss.
